…. But I can't handle dry suit unless it's blowing, very cold and big conditions where there's a lot of spray.

The tricky part is not going by how cold I am on the beach. I see a lot of you guys in dry suits when it would kill me. It's not just about the temperature: wind effect and lots of water spray are two other huge elements in the equation. I gota have a decent heat balance for the engine to work good.

Hi All,

I have an old Kokatat drysuit that I hate to paddle in. Too hot and restrictive. Tried some of the newer wetsuits recently and couldn't find one that fit me well. Long story short, just got a Kokatat light weight paddle suit and it is incredibly comfortable, not overly warm and no restricted movement. Not cheap, but the best thing I have found for paddling in cooler temps. It seems like it will work in a pretty wide range of temps. Breaths great…. I can't say enough good things about it. Did remount practice a few times in it and dry as a bone.\\
