Tweaked my back. I was doing my usual stretches and had the random thought that I should get in shape for the La Connor run. That was Sunday. It's Friday and still can't put on my own socks. It's like when the doctor is about to cut open your chest with a Husqvarna, they say, “you may notice some discomfort”.
There has been noticeable discomfort. Now I know what that guy under the blue tarp was going through.
But, pardon the pun, “I'll be back”. Except with more spaces between the periods. Maybe next week.

When my back hurts i walk a lot. So far it has always (eventually) fixed me. And i see a lot of the hood.

I've heard this. Actually a buddy had back surgery a couple of times. After the last one there was a post-op consult. My buddy brought his wife along so they could both hear what the doc said. And it was basically, if you keep walking then you'll be ok. If you don't walk then you'll be seeing me again for surgery. The doc really emphasized walking all the time. My buddy just sat there thinking, but his wife is a feisty redhead and obviously had a serious question. So they both looked at her and waited. She finally said, “what about sex?”. The doc was a little slow to answer, but my buddy knew what to say. He said, “well honey. I guess if we can do it while I'm walking, then it must be ok.”

Just recovered from the same thing. Bent over in a boat for 3 days straight did me in. Best thing i did was use a little Black & Decker orbital polisher i bought after Austin Kiefer let me try his one time. They are only around $30 and are the bomb. Helps loosen up your muscles so you can stand up straight and get moving. As soon as it starts tightening up vibrated it again and keep moving and stretching. I feel like it worked better than icing, but was doing both. Caution you may want to keep it away from your wife!!
